Located at 1355 Black River Parkway in Lorain, the Black River Wharf Boat Launch is the perfect destination for boating, fishing and kayaking! Under new management by Oasis Marinas, this scenic spot is sure to offer a great experience for visitors of all ages.
The entrance to the site is just a quick jaunt from the intersection of 14th Street and Broadway Avenue. Its large parking lot (170 spaces) provides adequate room for larger trucks hauling boats and gear. Season passes are available for $70 per person and include access to the Lakeside Launch on Lakeside Avenue. Passes can be purchased online by clicking HERE or by visiting the Oasis Marinas at Port Lorain Office, 301 Lakeside Avenue, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
In addition to beautiful views of the Black River, the Wharf also features a sizable pavilion with several picnic tables that are ideal for a lunch near the waterfront.
